Fika Mental Fitness App

The Fika programme is aimed at developing mental fitness through short, accredited courses, enabling students to gain recognised certification through NCFE.

This innovative approach is a really useful driver in encouraging mental fitness as people work towards a certification, developing valuable soft skills training at the same time.

The benefit to students at Brunel could be truly transformational.
