1. College Counselling Service
Face to face or virtual appointments are available to all students with our internal and professional counsellors during term time . This may be a one off chat or more regular sessions (usually for six weeks) to help address and work through challenging times or situations that you may be experiencing.

2. Safeguarding Team
Our team of Safeguarding Officers are available to help advise and signpost to a variety of different services, agencies or professionals, who can help you during difficult times, such as MIND, KOOTH, QUELL, WELLBEING TEAM (to name a few) We are able to give you useful numbers and websites. We are also able to support in making referrals on your behalf and arranging appointments if you feel you need the extra support.

3. Mental Health First Aiders
We have a number of trained Mental Health First Aiders within the college, who work together to help reduce the stigma and dispel misconceptions people may have about those experiencing mental ill health; they are also available to spot early signs, be a listening ear and respond in a crisis. You can speak to your Personal Tutor or a member of the Safeguarding Team if you need further information.
